KRISTINA KOZNICK
Kristina Koznick is the youngest American woman ever to race in an Alpine World Cup, at the age of 15. Now at the age of 30 she owns six World Cup medals. She competed in the 1998 Nagano Olympics and the 2002 Salt Lake Games but her success has all come on the World Cup circuit. For many years, she was among the elite slalom skiers in the world. Koznick has been a member of the American team on and off since 2000 but went independent again to begin the 2004-2005 season. She has now retired and this season will be joining Channel 4 as a co-commentator and behind the scenes reporter for the World Cup Skiing series.
