MARTIN BELL
Ex British Olympian Martin Bell, will be commentating alongside Nick Fellows on and off throughout the World Cup Skiing on Channel 4 this season.

Martin Bell started skiing at the age of six in Scotland and start racing at the age of eight. Between 1981 and 1995 he represented Great Britain on the World Cup circuit, to which he achieved six top ten placings, more than any other male British skier. His best performance was at the World Cup downhill, Are in Sweden in 1986 where he came 5th. At the Winter Olympics in 1988 he was 8th in the downhill, the best result any British male has attained in downhill. Martin is a four time Olmpian, represented at five World Championships and is the winner of four British Championships overall titles.
As well as being the Technique and Equipment Editor of the Daily Mail Ski and Snowboard magazine, Martin Bell also write articles for various newspapers and magazines and runs ski technique clinics for Ski Club of Great Britain, Ski Independence and First Choice.
